Cynthia Dixon commenced this action against the rear-ending motorist, Shane Boyles; his employer, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company; the owner of the vehicle, D.L. Peterson Trust; and the insurer of the vehicle, Travelers Insurance Company (collectively referred to as the "Defendants").
