¶ 1 Isabelle and Wilfredo Rivera appeal from the judgment entered on the order denying their post-trial motion to strike a nonsuit entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Isabelle Rivera was allegedly injured when she was struck by an electronic door while leaving a Home Depot store with her husband. Because the Riveras had no expert witness to testify that the door was defective and did not point to any specific discovery...
