¶ 1 Defendant Christopher Ray (Ray) was convicted in the Twenty-First Judicial District Court, Ravalli County, of one count of burglary and two counts of aggravated burglary. Ray appeals his convictions, alleging his right to a speedy trial was violated and that he was entitled to a directed verdict on the aggravated burglary counts.
