("Bay"), and its employee, Daniel Schmidt ("Schmidt"), alleging sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and retaliation for filing a discrimination charge with the EEOC in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3.
