Milton Taylor contends that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel because his attorney did not file a notice of appeal from the sentence Taylor received after pleading guilty to a federal offense. We conclude that Taylor's counsel was not constitutionally ineffective under the test set forth in Roe v. Flores-Ortega, 528 U.S. 470...
