Dennis Lamar was convicted in state court of first degree murder and three counts of first degree robbery. After the state court denied Mr. Lamar's appeal and his requests for post-conviction relief, he filed a petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The district court1 denied his petition and he appealed. We affirm.
