DHC sued as assignee of Melvin Robinson, co-founder of Razorback with Mr. Prince. The principal relief requested is that Razorback and Prince be ordered to issue to DHC 49 per cent. of the stock in Razorback, stock that DHC contends that Mr. Robinson, its assignor, was entitled to.
