Plaintiff James L. McDonald injured his ankle while working for Defendant Metra. He brought suit under the Federal Employer's Liability Act ("FELA"), alleging that his injury was due to Metra's negligence. Metra moves for summary judgment, arguing that the undisputed material facts show that it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law because it did not breach any duty of care that caused Plaintiffs...
