¶ 1 Appellant Dennis Way appeals from the Pima County Superior Court's order that modified but otherwise affirmed an administrative law judge's (ALJ) order suspending Way's driver's license pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-1321, Arizona's implied consent statute. We affirm that part of the superior court's order upholding the ALJ's one-year suspension of Way's driver's license, but vacate the superior court's starting...
