Stacey L. Gomez pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The district court sentenced Gomez as a career offender to 360 months in prison, and he appealed. We affirmed the career offender finding but held that the government breached the plea agreement by failing to recommend an acceptance-of-responsibility adjustment.
