Appellants, Bulkmatic Transport Company ("Bulkmatic") and Stephen Farnham, appeal the trial court's order granting appellee, Darryl C. Taylor, a new trial. On appeal, appellants contend that the trial court erred in granting appellee a new trial because the four grounds relied upon by the trial court, both individually and in combination with one another, did not warrant such a result.
