PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from convictions for first-degree murder and sexual battery upon a person twelve years of age or older with use of a deadly weapon. The appellant was sentenced to death for the first-degree murder conviction and sentenced consecutively to 390.5 months' imprisonment for the sexual battery conviction. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We affirm both convictions...
