In a 1996 stipulation of settlement, which was incorporated but not merged in the parties' judgment of divorce, defendant agreed to deed the marital residence and a 10-acre parcel of their jointly-owned real property to plaintiff, pay all expenses associated with maintaining the marital residence, divide the net proceeds from the sale of adjoining business property, and pay plaintiff maintenance of $50 per week for her life.
