Plaintiff Dora Temores has sued her former employer SG Cowen, a subsidiary of Societe Generale, alleging sexual harassment and sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. She has also sued her former supervisors Dan Curley and Joseph Marinaro for assault, battery and false imprisonment. Temores also named all the defendants...
