This is an appeal from the Hancock County Circuit Court where John Henry Seeling, IV ("Seeling") was tried by a jury and convicted of the murder of Draven Lynn Archer ("Draven") while in the commission of felonious abuse and/or battery of a child. The circuit court sentenced Seeling to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and denied his motion for a new trial and judgment notwithstanding...
