¶ 1. After a trial in the Circuit Court of Choctaw County, Prentiss Cork was found guilty of burglary of a dwelling. Cork was sentenced to a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with two years suspended, five years of supervised probation, and eight years to serve, and to pay a fine of five hundred dollars, and all court costs, fees, and assessments within eighteen months of the date of judgment...
