In this appeal, plaintiff contends that the trial court erred in granting the summary judgment dismissing the Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist ("UM") insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"), from this litigation. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
