COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, Defendant-Appellant Bruce Rhodes ("Rhodes") pleaded guilty to mail fraud. Although he waived his rights to appeal his conviction in the plea agreement, Rhodes reserved the right to appeal the amount of restitution ordered by the district court if the amount ordered exceeded $9,198.00. The district court ordered that Rhodes make restitution in the amount of $1,104,557.39, due and payable "immediately" to Rhodes'...
