The United States indicted Thomas Ploss on seven counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1346; five counts of disclosing Social Security information in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1306; and three counts of theft of government records in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 641.
