Dale Brum, D.D.S. (hereinafter referred to as "Dr. Brum"), seeks to prohibit Respondents, Magistrate Emily Bradley and Prosecuting Attorney Ginny Conley (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the State"), from trying him on a charge of domestic battery.
