Stephen F. Ramsey applied for unemployment benefits after being discharged by Cintas Corporation No. 2 (Cintas).1 A deputy in the local office of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development determined that Ramsey was entitled to unemployment benefits because Cintas failed to establish that the discharge was for just cause.
