Wendy Crespo ("Crespo" or "Plaintiff") seeks judicial review of the final decision of Unum Life Insurance Company of America ("Unum" or "Defendant"), denying her long term disability insurance benefits under a group policy issued to her employer, with its employees as beneficiaries. This matter comes before the Court on crossmotions
