I. INTRODUCTION

In an April 4, 2003 Order, the Court noted that Plaintiffs had incorrectly identified Defendants as "credit reporting institutions" in stating a cause of action under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq.
