Pursuant to a written plea agreement, Alonzo Williams pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. In the plea agreement, the parties calculated that Williams's Guidelines imprisonment range would be 140-175 months. When the presentence report (PSR) was prepared, however, it calculated a Guidelines range...
