¶ 1 We consider post judgment interest: when it begins to accrue and when it ends.

¶ 2 Plaintiffs-appellants Lois and Marvin Perel were awarded underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits from defendant-appellee Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (LMIC) at arbitration proceedings.
