In this action for injunctive relief, the trial court found that the defendant, Cheryl Ludeking, has gone "out of her way to have contact with [the plaintiff, Stacy Opat,] to induce a state of anxiety," all in retaliation for Opat's high school rejection of Ludeking's friendship nearly twenty years ago.
