This appeal addresses whether Alexander & Hamilton, Inc. (Alexander & Hamilton) wrongfully failed to pay commissions and a bonus that Gary Patterson claims to have earned. The trial court agreed that Alexander & Hamilton owed the commissions and found it to be in bad faith in failing to pay Patterson.
