Albert Goble, plaintiff below, appeals the trial court's order granting a setoff in favor of Mark E. Frohman, defendant below. The trial court reduced the jury verdict for past medical expenses to the amount Goble's medical providers had agreed to accept under their contract with Goble's health maintenance organization (HMO).
