On July 3, 2002, plaintiff Lexington Insurance Company ("Lexington") filed suit against defendants David Forrest ("Forrest") and T. Beauclerc Rogers, IV ("Rogers"). In its five-count complaint, plaintiff alleged that defendants, by and through various companies under their control, conspired to defraud Lexington of millions of dollars in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations...
