The state moved to vacate the judgment convicting defendant of one count of attempted murder and two counts of attempted aggravated murder and to remand for entry of an amended judgment reflecting a single conviction for attempted aggravated murder. In effect, the state concedes that defendant's single assignment of error on appeal is well taken...
