GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 Todd Bovo (Defendant), proceeding pro se, appeals his conviction of reckless driving, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 41-6-45 (Supp.2002), and disorderly conduct, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-102 (1999).
