Jerome L. Montague (appellant) was convicted in a bench trial of unauthorized use of an automobile, in violation of Code § 18.2-102. On appeal, he argues the trial court erred in finding the evidence was sufficient to convict. Specifically, he contends the evidence did not prove he knew the vehicle was stolen and the evidence did not prove the vehicle operated by appellant was the same vehicle that was reported stolen.
