Conrad for failing to pay dues to the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (the "IAM"), as required by the collective bargaining agreement between the IAM and TWA ("the Agreement"). Conrad then commenced this action against the IAM and TWA, alleging that their refusal to permit him to pay agency fees — the reduced sums owed by an employee who does not wish to finance...
