Pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-709(a),1 Bar Counsel, at the discretion of the Review Board and on behalf of the Attorney Grievance Commission, Petitioner, filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action against Respondent, Dushan S. Zdravkovich, who has been a member of the Bar of this Court since November 1, 1981.
