Carle Clinic Association claims to be one of the nation's largest medical-practice groups. See <http://carle.com>. Together with the Carle Foundation, it operates several clinics plus the hospital affiliated with the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Carle promised employees (including physicians) a pension that could be as large as 50% of average earnings. Doctors Richard Helfrich and Daniel Nelson learned to their dismay...
