Smith, appeals the judgments in favor of defendants, Board of Education of Fremont RE-1 School District, Frank Cooper, Ron Minty, and Jack Brown, on plaintiff's claims related to her employment at the Canyon City High School. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for a new trial.
