Paul Wiggins, III, appeals the summary denial of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We affirm.

On May 31, 2002, this court issued an opinion in Wiggins v. State, 817 So.2d 1016, 1017 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002), in which we affirmed the denial of Wiggins' previous jail credit claim "without prejudice to any right [he] might have to file a facially sufficient rule 3.800...
