¶ 1 This appeal concerns the termination of Marc Smith's employment and the amount of money owed Mr. Smith by Grand Canyon Expeditions for the purchase of Mr. Smith's stock in the company. This appeal comes to us for interlocutory review of rulings made by the trial court on Smith's motion for leave to amend his complaint and three summary judgment motions brought by Grand Canyon.
