¶ 1. Corwin T. Hill appeals his conviction by a DeSoto County Circuit Court jury of both possession and sale of a controlled substance. Hill assigns the following errors:

I. WHETHER THE EVIDENCE SEIZED AS A PRODUCT OF AN UNLAWFUL SEARCH AND SEIZURE IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE LAW SHOULD BE SUPPRESSED AS FRUIT OF AN ILLEGAL SEARCH AND SEIZURE. II. WHETHER THE COURT ERRED IN REFUSING TO GRANT THE DEFENDANT'S INSTRUCTION...
