THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Petition for Attorney's Fees and Billable Expenses, filed September 19, 2002 [Doc. No. 50]. The Court, having considered the petition, briefs, relevant law and being otherwise fully informed, finds that Plaintiffs petition is well-taken and will be GRANTED.
