The plaintiff, Vicky Ware, appeals portions of the judgment by the workers' compensation judge denying her temporary total disability benefits, supplemental earnings benefits, medical treatment, and penalties and attorney's fees for certain acts of the defendant, Allen Parish School Board. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and render.
