National Liability & Fire Insurance Company ("National") appeals a judgment entered against it in a garnishment action. David Edgley filed an underlying action to recover damages for personal injuries he received in an accident involving an employee of National's insureds, Benita and Harold Lappe, who owned and operated a taxicab company. National did not defend the Lappes in that lawsuit and denied coverage based upon explicit exclusions...
