Defendant appeals, raising ten assignments of error. We reject, without further discussion, assignments of error three through ten. The two remaining assignments of error challenge the trial court's denial of defendant's petition for attorney fees that were incurred in obtaining the dismissal of plaintiff's claims for retaliatory discharge under ORS 654.062(5) and intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED).
