Defendant-Appellant James Plotts pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography over the Internet in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2), and one count of criminal forfeiture in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2253(a)(3). The district court sentenced Mr. Plotts to an eighty-seven-month prison term, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
