Crown Equipment Corporation ("Crown") appeals a jury verdict for Plaintiff Paula Wankier in this products liability action, which is governed by Utah law. Ms. Wankier was the operator of an electric pallet jack, also known as a "walkie-rider," manufactured by Crown.
