This case stems from a fire at plaintiff's hosiery mill on 13 March 1996. Plaintiff alleged that the fire was caused by a lighting fixture supplied by defendants. Defendants appeal from a jury verdict entered in favor of plaintiff at the 6 December 2001 Civil Term of Catawba County Superior Court.
