Petitioner Dorothy Snow appeals, challenging the dismissal of her petition for custody of her granddaughter pursuant to ORS 109.119. The trial court determined that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA). ORS 109.701-109.834.
