This appeal arises from a trial court judgment holding that Plaintiff, Elizabeth Darby ("Darby"), was 50 percent at fault in an injury she sustained at a Super 1 Foods Store and that Defendant, Brookshire Grocery Company ("Brookshire"), was also 50 percent at fault.
