Following a two-day jury trial,2 Joseph T. Grassrope was found guilty of two counts of aggravated sexual abuse by force in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(a)(1). The victim involved in both counts was a seventeen-year-old babysitter who cared for Grassrope's children. She testified that Grassrope pulled her into a bedroom, locked the door, pushed her onto the bed, and forcibly raped her both vaginally and anally...
