This dispute concerns a strip of land (the "Beach") in the Town of Longboat Key that borders Sarasota Bay and that lies across the street from property owned by Ingeborg Krieger. Krieger and the Town disagreed about whether she had an ownership interest in the Beach sufficient to entitle her to build a dock on the property.
